Weekly Journal - 9.30

We are officially closing out the month and ready to bring on our favorite month next week! I have to admit I am a little sad that we are not going to Disneyland for Halloween but happy to be taking a family trip at the end of next month nonetheless. Here’s a rundown of the week:

1) Worked on perfecting our perfect paw for another dog wash we are working on. We thought about a bone for a minute only to think that it might not look super appropriate with one side being shielded by a half wall visually…. Paws it is!

2) I finally finished making the shadow boxes of bones and worked stones found around the farm from Jordan’s grandpa. Hung them up and they feel right at home.

3) Penn stuffed his face — typical.

4) Checked out the final on this house. Images to follow.

5) Conquered some fear and got my ears pierced. I am very pain avoidant so this was actually a big deal for me. You’d think after having two kids that I would be able to do anything but clearly not the case!
