Weekly Journal 9.2

We have been in the THICK of construction season and it has been such a whirlwind for the team! Because our season has such wide weather shifts, there is a big push to get our projects dried in and ready for winter. For us, that looks like lots of site visits, lots of answering builder questions, really just lots of project administration to keep things on track! Nonetheless, here are a few highlights for the week!

1) Caught this rare moment of my kids getting along

2) Shot some more office photos — more to come later BUT look at this group of people!

3) Revamped the gallery walls in my house. Not sure why my feet look so weird but okay then.

4) Worked on our new proposals. Really loving our new format of proposals that gives our potential clients a way to “see” some of our back end work.

5) Set up Studio Designer — this is a game changer for our team! Sarah has been hard at work to get this going so that we can better track, order, and manage all of our furniture packages! Literally incredible! No picture to show for it, but trust me, it’s amazing.
