Services We Offer | Part 3: Builder Support
Closing out our series, we are discussing the services we offer to builders/GC’s and how we can help streamline the process to elevate the end result and make the journey easier. Part of our favorite things really is the relationship with have with our build community. We deeply value and respect the trades and love supporting and collaborating with their expertise.
So much of what we do is unseen throughout the process. To that end, we know that sometimes you just need an extra set of hands to help along the way without it being a huge commitment or contract. So often we get called from our builder asking for the “random thing I could use some help with…” and we always are willing to say YES to that.
So what ARE THE THINGS WE CAN CALL YOU FOR?
There are really three areas that contractors call us for help and here is a quick lil overview of them.
SELECTIONS: The quick help of pulling it all together and getting a client through the process with confidence. Sometimes we are doing this with the Client and other times we are not. Happy to stay in the background and let you have control. But need some peace of mind and a designer’s eye to bring it all together? We’re good in a pinch and can easily help tie those threads.
RENDERINGS: Have a client who is terrible at seeing it? And because they can’t visualize it, they keep getting stuck on approving materials? If that is the case, renderings can really help with that. We are happy to take all your samples and materials and bring them to life in 3D. It is a nominal amount to pay for peace of mind and excitement from the Client. Plus, our renderings really are top notch (see below).
PROCUREMENT: Because we have a warehouse to receive, inspect, and store our materials, we are happy to just be your supplier. Bring in what you are looking for, we will price it out, order, and track it from the vendor to the jobsite. Super easy and really helps reduce those headaches from dealing with material ordering. We gotchu.
The goal really is for us to be a resource for you to reach out and ask for help without needing to hire someone to do that within your company. We keep it local, we manage the complexities of shipping and ordering to a small town, and you get to focus on the jobsite and knowing it is handled. Win-win if you ask me.
